Works well, but it sheds! Just be sure the hairs don't end up on your food!

It is a decent cheap pastry brush for use for a few times. The fibers do end up fraying after a few washes, but I'm guessing this brush is meant to be disposable due to the price. Will I buy it again? Probably not. The fibers are a little rough with applying the glaze or white wash on top of the super soft dough. You're better off with a finer haired brush.

Thin bristles. The package was covered in blood!

You get what you pay for. Bristles fall out too easily and end up in your pastry. YUCK!
