I like it because it is what Taco John's uses for their naco cheese . Or it's extremely close. Love it!

The container is huge! Unfortunately it got banged up in transit and was a little difficult to use a can opener on. It tasted great heated up with a little bit of spice to it. This nacho cheese exceeded my expectations. As my husband said, it tastes just like what you would get at the concession stand at a basketball game (that's a good thing!) I was honestly a bit apprehensive about Nacho cheese sauce out of a huge can, from a brand I didn't know, but I was pleasantly surprised. The can was easy to open, with a little tab placed on the top to just lift it off. I chose to heat the sauce up on the stovetop and had no problems with it. I hosted a taco night for the neighborhood and everybody really liked the nacho cheese sauce and kept complimenting the nice flavor. I will definitely be getting it again for a large gathering. Contains real cheese. Has a little heat to the flavor, but I would still rated as mild. It has just enough heat to the flavor to let you know its there. But not to much to cause problems with most people. Only the most sensitive will find issues with hot peppers.

I purchased a 6lb 10oz can of Chef-mate Nacho Cheese sauce and used it with a large group of people on taco night. It did not disappoint! The taste and texture were great! It's smooth and dippable at room temperature, but we heated it to keep it warm for nachos. It has a very mild flavor and isn't spicy. Happy with this cheese and would buy it again!
