Well, well, well - theres certainly a lot of cheese in this can! 6 pounds worth of cheesy goodness. I had my friends over today for dinner and a movie and let me tell you they gobbled up a good chunk of this cheese to eat with nachos and to dip mozzarella sticks in. It had that great, thick, traditional nacho cheese taste and the value of cheese provided in this can is great. It was one giant can, so plant prepared to either eat it all or divide it into smaller containers to store it for later. I have more friends coming tomorrow and I cant wait to share what I didnt finish today with them - perhaps Ill serve it with nachos again or maybe Ill serve it in tacos! Chef-mate's nacho cheese sauce makes nachos taste like your right in the stadium. I love that have a big can so I can freeze the remaining amount for multiple uses. has just enough heat to enhance the flavor past any of the other nacho cheese I have tried. why pay for extra nacho cheese at fast food places when you can freeze cubes of this cheese and have as much as you please. Contains real cheese. Has a little heat to the flavor, but I would still rated as mild. It has just enough heat to the flavor to let you know its there. But not to much to cause problems with most people. Only the most sensitive will find issues with hot peppers.
