I make a blackened catfish using this seasoning that is to die for. I've never made it for anyone that didn't love it.

This is THE best brand of blackened seasoning. It tastes the best. There is a difference! Try it on salmon, catfish, cod too.

Honestly this is my go to seasoning for all of my fish/seafood meals. You should definitely try using it I highly recommend. Super flavorful

I've been buying this particular version for about six years. A bottle of this lasts me and my husband a long time, because we don't eat fish very often. After McCormick discontinued their creole seasoning, I looked for awhile for a replacement in the lower priced stores, but never found one I liked. Then my father-in-law has us over for supper and after trying it for the first time, I became an immediate fan and have recommended it to others. The only bad thing is that we live in a climate that makes the seasoning in our bottles, clump into a ball. I don't think it takes away from the flavor, though.

I love this seasoning. I generally sprinkle it on fish before grilling, but it is delicious on many other food items as well.

Item was missing from my order and there is no option for missing item, so I marked damaged item to receive a refund but it says to return item to store. I cannot return an item I didn't receive and will not get a refund for something I paid for and didn't get.
