My favorite go to seafood seasoning...use it all the time on salmon cod and halibut

Seafood Seasoning
We love this seasoning for fish and chicken. I sauté olive oil, garlic and green onion in a frying pan. The fish is seasoned (we like it heavy) with the seasoning and we fry it with the olive oil, garlic and green onion. It is delicious! We were unable to find the seasoning in any grocery store so we had to order it on line.

Couldn't find in stores
I ordered Paul Prudhomme's Seafood Magic because I simply couldn't find it in any stores. It is a great seafood seasoning -- I use it when I make shrimp etouffee. It adds just the right amount of spiciness.

A Winner on Salmon!
Hard to find in stores, but definitely the GO TO seasoning for Salmon. Spray foil or coat with olive oil, add your Salmon and liberally sprinkle with Seafood Magic. Fold the foil so the Salmon is enclosed in a packet and cook outside on the grill or bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Prepare for rave reviews!!
