my new chefman 12 cup coffee maker is a great product the coffee comes out super hot and what's best is that the size of the coffee maker is perfect not like the others that take too much space on your counter top,I'm very happy with my chefman coffee maker 100 percent satisfied also is very to operate greatly recommend this product 😀

Great coffee maker. It’s very closely made like our oldninja pot that we are replacing. The main difference is the shape of the reusable filter area. I do recommend. Priced well. Makes good coffee that doesn’t have that plastic taste. The carafe pours nicely. Stays warm long enough for all of us. Easy clean up. I like that it has a button to make your coffee stronger! Looks nice. Overall a good solid choice.

Easy to set up programming. Reuseable filter is a plus for me. brews an amazing cup of coffee with the bold option.

I love this coffee pot. It's easy to use and you can set the clocks to start making your coffee before you get out of bed . I love being able to wake up to the smell of coffee.

The coffee maker was working well for 3.5 months. After that, it began leaking all over my counter every time I put water in the reservoir. By then, the 90-day return policy had expired. They would not email me back after stating how unhappy I was with their company.

Did not receive the stainless steel one I ordered. Received all black plastic material one. Tried contacting the company and the pushed it back to Walmart. Shipping issues were a nightmare! Would ever buy this brand or any products from this company again.

The coffee maker basket to hold the filter lost the silicone piece to hold it in. That is not the problem, Walmart refused to take it back, had to contact the vendor who made the coffee maker, they don't have the part. Basically only used it less than two months. On a wait list.... Horrible customer service.

There is a small whole in the back and because of that you can’t get 12 cups of coffee out of it. I mean it will get you by if you are in a serious hurry need of one but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Why they would have made it with a whole in the back of it it beyond me!
