This is awesome. First I read all the reviews prior to make sure I started of correctly. You have to prime it about 3 to 4 times first you'll see it runs easier each time. I used filtered water and I used my grinder to make the coffee really fine prior to tamping it down. Here's a few tips. You have to tilt the milk reservoir up then out. If you don't you're not getting it out the suction won't give. When priming the milk reservoir side has a froth setting if its halfway it won't prime correctly has to be fully over to extra. Make sure everything is locked into place and that the frother is in the cup prior to starting. It heats up really fast. After playing around I discovered my perfect combo - double latte poured over ice with a double shot of expresso. Start to finish about 3 minutes!

I’ve recently purchased this machine for the Black Friday sale. I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anyone who is looking for a fancy drive through coffee at home. It took me a few tries to figure it out. I use community’s espresso beans and you have to pack them very tight and push down hard in the metal filter. If you don’t push down hard enough it will barely make 1/4 of a mug. I love both the cappuccino and latte effect! I put my favorite creamer in the frother compartment and let that act as my milk or cream which comes out amazing! I’ll also be mixing torani syrups with milk and cream to make other flavors and decorating with the Ghirardelli sauces. Needles to say I’ll be spending alot less $$$$ at the coffee shops

I love it no more running to Starbucks I got it all at home ❤️❤️❤️❤️ easy and simple to use! I am my own barista. You can use the cappuccino and latte settings or you can do your own and use just the double or single espresso buttons and do the steamed milk yourself and do as much as you want to it ❤️ I love this thing definitely worth it ❤️easy cleaning

I just received the machine and i couldn't wait to use it. I love it. I did the initial cleaning and priming process and then made a cappuccino and a cup of steamed milk. Tasted wonderful and was easy to use as long as you follow the instructions provided. I'm really happy with this purchase. I plan on using this for chai tea lattes as well.

I love this espresso machine! I purchased it to make coffee shop quality drinks at home and it absolutely lives up to my expectations. The machine itself is a nice size, not too bulky, and easily fits under the cabinets on my countertop. It is easy to set up and the instructions are simple to follow. There is a touch screen which makes the design very sleek and attractive. Making my favorite drinks has been as simple as pushing a button. All the instructions needed for making single or double espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes are included. The milk frother is a nice touch that makes all the difference in the quality of the drink! Cleaning the machine is fast and easy; again, all instructions for cleaning are included. I have already saved a ton of time and money by using this machine to make coffee drinks at home, and it’s so much more convenient than leaving the house just to get coffee.

The Espresso machine looks so sophisticated on my counter. The manual is easy to understand and operation is easy. You get a very nice frothy coffee! I use it to just get some frothy milk for my lil one, he loves the froth! Can make espresso, cappuccino and latte. My family loves coffee and this machine made my life easy. Have been using it for a week with no problems.

It’s a great automatic coffee machine, everything is great, easy set up, easy make a coffee, easy clean. Two things I do not like, one is it’s bit loud when making coffee and coffee is not hot enough but to be drinkable. But that doesn’t affect my liking for it

arrived clearly used with smudges on the machine as well as the glass parts like it was out through a dishwasher and then thrown back into the box. some parts were broken and the parts were thrown into the box as well.

very loud and inconsistent shots. i've performed 5 prime cycles trying to eliminate the white residue left in the water. i have not been able to add coffee and try it because the water still comes out with residue
