It’s a great automatic coffee machine, everything is great, easy set up, easy make a coffee, easy clean. Two things I do not like, one is it’s bit loud when making coffee and coffee is not hot enough but to be drinkable. But that doesn’t affect my liking for it

I’ve recently purchased this machine for the Black Friday sale. I would highly recommend this coffee machine to anyone who is looking for a fancy drive through coffee at home. It took me a few tries to figure it out. I use community’s espresso beans and you have to pack them very tight and push down hard in the metal filter. If you don’t push down hard enough it will barely make 1/4 of a mug. I love both the cappuccino and latte effect! I put my favorite creamer in the frother compartment and let that act as my milk or cream which comes out amazing! I’ll also be mixing torani syrups with milk and cream to make other flavors and decorating with the Ghirardelli sauces. Needles to say I’ll be spending alot less $$$$ at the coffee shops

After seeing so many 1 star reviews, I was nervous about buying this. I didn't understand why some people loved it and some hated it. I didn't want to spend twice as much on another brand, so I gave it a try. I have to guess that those who had issues ignored all the red stickers on the machine and the instructions in both manuals to run the cleaning cycle to prime the frother prior to making a drink. Some people didn't like the taste, but were likely using the wrong coffee. I did some research and threw our regular dark roast into a grinder to make it extra fine and it was perfect. It is a little loud to use at 5am, but it's perfect for when the kids are awake. I haven't woken anyone up with it yet, but it did make me nervous one morning. I also didn't have any issues removing or installing the milk reservoir. It's a slight tilt and a push or pull to install or remove. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

Worked great for 2 days, then the milk frother stopped working. Exchanged it for a new one and same thing, after a week the milk frother stopped working and there was no blockage or anything. Don't waste your time or money

arrived clearly used with smudges on the machine as well as the glass parts like it was out through a dishwasher and then thrown back into the box. some parts were broken and the parts were thrown into the box as well.

very loud and inconsistent shots. i've performed 5 prime cycles trying to eliminate the white residue left in the water. i have not been able to add coffee and try it because the water still comes out with residue

great coffee machine, only lasted me a month before it stopped frothing. it was great while it worked but broke way before expected. returned to store

This machine made excellent espresso, cappuccinos and lattes. The speed was great with the right amount of brewing times. The flavors are limited to your own creativity. If it were so great then why 1 star? It broke after 7 cups. The frother malfunctioned and then all I could make was espresso so had to make the trip back to Walmart and to the service desk. Walmart gave a no-hassle return but still "7 Cups"!!! What the heck. Spend a little more and get a better one.

Received an used item. Ground coffee everywhere and the measuring scoop even came in a Ziploc bag. I contacted customer service right away. The customer representative said he would arrange Fedex pickup for me and then just ended the chat. Later, I received an email but that was for in-store return.
