It is very easy to use and I love the frothing feature. At about one tenth of the price of different machines, this is a real bargain!

For the money this is a pretty great espresso machine. Very easy to use and clean.

My stepdad is very specific on how he wants his coffee and most coffee places just don't make it right. He buys coffee twice a day and spends too much money on it that is kind of annoying. We finally ordered this amazing coffee(espresso) machine and we all love it! The directions on how to use it are so clear and easy to follow. I liked its coffee so much, and I am weird on coffee as well! haven't tried the latte yet but tomorrow is another day! I suggest you clean it after every use so it doesn't become too dirty and hard to clean. The only negative I noticed is that is too loud when it starts, and having a toddler in the house... I am not sure if that's going to work out. Everything else is great and I 100% recommend this if you want to save some money from buying coffees everyday from coffee places.

It's easy to use and the machine is compact it's a space saver for sure. I didn't necessarily love the latte or the espresso shot. It didn't taste strong enough maybe it's the espresso grounds fault maybe it's due to the way the machine made it. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I do appreciate how you just click buttons to use it.

Loved the espresso machine, but had to order twice as the first one was delivered to wrong address and customer service did not make change after talking to them and letting them know shipping address was wrong. Hard to get a hold of and no response to emails. Rep said changed address, but didn't. Chat was no help. Had to return first coffee maker and re-order again. Second order was delivered promptly. Customer service needs improvement. Ordering online is great and has been for all previous orders.

I found this product for $59.57 and paid for it, two days later they cancel the shipping without explanation and put the item again in the app for $139.

This machine is a complete waste of money. Within five months we've gone through two already, first one was purchased and the second one was sent out under warranty. To have an espresso machine is an absolute joy, to have this espresso machine is a nightmare. The lack of quality, consistency, and messes that it could possibly make are so above and beyond that I really think there was zero testing done on this product prior to production. Oh, and the two machines were not the same either…both junk. Such a waste of money. I'd leave zero stars if I could. Don't be fooled by the new reviews as the machine was kind of ok the first few goes.
