I appreciate this Herb Mincer for its simplicity and ease of use. The comfortable grip feels great and it's a real time-saver. However, I wish it had a larger capacity, a more reasonable price, and more color options. Easier disassembly for cleaning would be beneficial. Despite these, it works like a knife but better. Overall, I'd keep it!

I was gifted this product so I could give a honest review. I have never had a herb mincer before and never knew I needed one until I got this! Comfortable grip and smoothy minces your herbs in seconds. The blades are very sharp so you need to be careful when cleaning but it does clean easily and is dishwasher safe!!! It is also very easy to use and the packaging has clear instructions with pictures.

I'm giving this two stars because it is awkward to use. If it slips out of your hand you will be mincing much more than herbs! Also, I noticed that a large amount of my minced herbs were stuck deep within the blades. These blades are very sharp so not worth retrieving the herbs. I'll stick to cutting herbs with a knife!

Hello, 1. I was excited! I thought I had a great tool!, 2. However, item quality is poor, fragile low-grade plastic, 3. I was trying to eject the blades and the pastic parts inside the unit broke and blades never came out, 4. Never got a chance to use it. 5. The design and quality is flawed. Sorry!
