Chef's Choice Gourmezza 2-Slice Toaster, Matte Black

I really love that the slots are large enough to fit homemade thick farmers market bread and chunky bagels. They are toasted perfectly and evenly! The defrost feature has been a lifesaver when we dive into our freezer storage of bread! Gluten free bread is really tricky to toast just right- but this toaster has its own setting to create the perfect consistency of gluten-free bread! There are so many features that make this toaster aesthetically pleasing. The cord is stored within the toaster to keep the kitchen organized and tidy. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space, which is perfect for my galley style kitchen. It has such a unique and retro- yet modern sleek- look that really compliments lots of kitchen decor styles. We love love this toaster!

Adjustable toast settings and different function settings that vary the timing and heat settings. You'll have to experiment to see what works best for your taste and type of food stuff. The look of the toaster is nice and pretty yes Chrome is pretty with the black. The quickness of toasting things is amazing and having the ability to toast bagels and waffles in this toaster is amazing to and great for a quick breakfast for school mornings.

I love the chrome toast life as I am able to raise the food being toasted. No more digging in the toaster to retrieve cooked items! The extra wide toast slots are great because we often toast bagels! It has a five-function system for cook time and temperature control so I always have the correct temperature and cook time. Everything has come out perfectly toasted! I love how the cord is stored within the toaster so that it keeps my kitchen looking tidy. The design of the toaster is sleek yet retro and is a great addition to my kitchen. It is built with very solid materials. High quality. I also love that it is slip resistant. I will recommend this toaster over and over again.

It's got super easy settings and really nice to have a bread defrost feature since we do keep our bread frozen. The gluten free setting is great for those who need to have that kind of bread! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the whole look of it. Eclectic and futuristic, it has a really nice sleek look to it. So easy to use and finally a toaster was made with the electrical cord long enough to plug in and move around your counter. Love it!

I hoped a more expensive toaster might provide even toasting on both sides of a bread slice and consistency when using several times in a short timespan. This toaster doesn't do either. It toasts unevenly every time and varies greatly if used 2-3 times within a few minutes. I cannot recommend this toaster because I am disappointed with it.

Bought this for my mom..lever would not engage..had to return..buying the same one again because it was easy for her to use and she liked the weight of it and the knobs were easy for her to use..hoping this next one will work...if not will return and look for something else.
