Within 20 to 30 minutes, we can have freshly made non-dairy milk (without preservatives or other ingredients that we don't want) ready to enjoy with this machine. Because we live in a rural area not close to grocery stores, it's quicker for us to make our own non-dairy milks than it would be to get ready, get in the car and drive into town to buy some. I was so excited to receive this machine. Was worried it would take up too much counter and/or cabinet space. Highly recommend fully reading both the user manual and recipe booklet to get an idea of what steps you will be taking and what to expect and to familiarize yourself with each attachment or part to the machine. I wanted to make oat milk but realized it would entail pre soaking the oats so since I was antsy to make milk right away, I opted for almond milk. Once you plug in and turn on the machine and choose what type of milk and how many ounces (10 or 20), it’s time to make a batch. The machines pretty noisy but the good part is you can walk away while it’s in action. Be sure to set your top knob completely in place or you may discover a mess of milk leaking out of the top. The milks at a hot temperature once it’s done so be careful before using/drinking. My first batch didn’t turn out as creamy as I expected but next batch I increased the amount of almonds but not the amount of water and it turned out better. Best part is it goes in to cleaning mode once done but still check it when that mode is complete. Overall I’m very excited to have this machine so I can have my daily morning matcha latte or smoothie without having to worry if I have enough milk to make it.

Everything is included including the milk maker, glass pitcher, instructions, recipe booklet and wastewater basin. The machine weighs just over 11 pounds allowing you to make large 20 fl oz size drinks and 10 Fl oz size. The instructions are easy to follow and just adding the water and a few nuts and a couple of button presses and voila! There's no extra work to be done, with just water the machine cleans itself in a few minutes and all you have to do is dump it and let it air dry. It steams up really quick and is a durable powerful machine. Coming from a large family, some of us have a low lactose tolerance, and other diet variances so this machine has been wonderful and convient being able to make our own almond, cashew, oat, pistachio, coconut and soy milks at home! The milks taste so good in my coffee and what ever else I need to add it to. The machine also has a delayed start option. I love ChefWaves non-dairy milk maker! I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking natural customizable non-dairy milk made quick and easy!

This non-dairy milk maker is very versatile and innovative. It’s both money and time saving. It’s has a convenient water tank at the back that fills enough water to make the milk and to self clean. Another bonus cool feature. The lcd digital display at the top front is beautiful to select the ounces and type of nuts used. It just takes a tbsp of nut that has a separate compartment to place it in, before it’s mixed in with the water that’s first heated and then blended to perfection. The end result is a nice rich nut milk that can be drank hot or cooled down and then refrigerated. I highly recommend anyone to purchase this product!

Make perfect sesame black rice milk!

This is a nearly perfect machine. Whoever designed it was very smart and had spend time making nut milks. It's fast. It self-cleans so all you have to do is dump out a bin of dirty water and rinse that and put it back. The recipes are a little thin on the ingredients so I just add about 1 1/2 X the stated amount of nuts or soy beans. I soak the nuts or beans for a couple of hours before hand. I add salt, plus a whole date to the mix, to give it a little sweet. It's very good milk! WIth the amount of money we were spending on almond and soy milks, this will pay for itself in 6-8 months. Plus no recycling, no waste, much lower footprint of energy and resources to get your nut milk by making it at home. I hope this machine lasts a decade.

I love this machine! The taste is so good, that you would just want more. wish I had this sooner. would highly recommend it if you like almonds or other nuts milk. It also self-cleans, which saves me so much time. Perfect for morning time and delay start as needed.

I like warm beverages and this product helps save 2/3 of my time to make drinks. The drinks come out smooth and creamy. Easy to operate and manipulate with the recipes. The self-wash is great, but if I want to make a second drink, I have to unplug the cord to turn off otherwise it will self-clean and waste the water.

This is a nice compact little machine, but I have mixed feelings about it. It's looks great and is very well made/solid feeling. I was hoping for a nice creamy oat milk so I wouldn't have to buy the cartons so frequently from the store. BUT the oat milk was really disappointing - way too watery for my taste. We also tried cashew milk (meh). We found a winner in coconut milk - it actually is somewhere in between coconut water and coconut milk, but is perfect for smoothies. And I like that we can stop buying the 4 or 6 pack of coconut waters that take up space in the pantry. But is is worth over $200 for a coconut water maker - not sure about that, but since it is a well made machine and we can make a custom batch of coconut milk/water daily for smoothies, we decided to keep it and it will be put to good use.
