Good for your health but I'm sorry to say it leaves an aftertaste. Not as bad as some but my search for no aftertaste goes on. I can't eat with metal silverware, so I am extremely sensitive to any metal taste at all. Just something to consider.

These copper tablets are a good value for the quality and quantity of this brand. I love that the tablets are very small and just one a day seems to be enough for me.

Neighbor, doesn't order online, was instructed to take chelated copper, 24 mg day. Using a higher dosage pill enables him to take fewer, only 4 per day.

Each pill is 2mg, a serving is 3 pills to equal 6mg so the description is a bit misleading but otherwise the product is fine. The tablets are quite small and easily swallowed and have no taste.

I find it a difficult pill to swallow when the label says 6mg but you must take 3 tablets to equal that.
