Chelsea Transitional Oriental 5'3'' x 7'3'' Multicolor Polypropylene Indoor Area Rug, 5' x 7'

The Color and feel of this wool rug is great I needed something that looked good while also was going to be good for little people feet. the wool make it makes it much warmer in to room I tend to sit on the floor and cut fabric and I'm nit cold white doing so.

Washable rugs tend to not lay flat.

While we love the color and design and it fit perfectly with our decor; the quality was not as good as I expected. Within 3 months a wear pattern appeared and carpet fibers flattened. Granted it was relatively inexpensive I expected a bit better and longer wear. I might add we are a 2 person household. With visitors a couple of times a year.

The rug came fast and In perfect condition and color.

I would have given it a 5 star review if the color wasn't off. In the description it has more of a beige undertone but in reality it is grey. My floors are of a beige/whitewash and you can see the difference in the colors in the pictures I've attached.

First of all, the rug came folded in a box, which is fine if it is a washable rug with no hard backing. This was not. It's different colors on both ends. But the worse thing is there is no cream/ivory border on one of the long sides. I will be contacting them about a refund, and will revisit this if their customer service is helpful.

I'm very disappointed in this rug. The colors are not as described. It's primarity orange %26 navy with a small amount of gray (which is actually blue) %26 reds. I'm going to return it. The quality is very good.
