Chemical Guys BUF502 - TORQ TORQ22D Random Orbital Polisher

I have used the Portal Cable for many years and it was sufficient for my needs at the time. However, I decided to upgrade and this Torq is much better. It doesn't vibrate as much and I am less fatigue after completing one vehicle. I had to get use to the speed control as the Portal Cable has a wheel, but the Torg has a push-button.

I purchased a Torq orbital polisher in September as I was entering a new career as a detailer. I was immediately impressed with what I could do with the equipment paired with the products. Unfortunately, The polisher had some issues three cars into my jobs, but Chemical Guys stood behind the product. The process was thorough, but supportive and simple. I'm very happy with my polisher and very impressed with customer service. I recommend Chemical Guys to my friends and anyone reading this review.

I'm very happy with my recent purchase or the Torq 22D. It works great! Much less vibration than my old long throw polisher, and much quieter as well. I also like that it doesn't have a trigger and lock button like my old polisher had. This polisher is a winner and I would recommend it anyone looking for a good quality long throw polisher.

The product is great lot of correction work done in a short time, had a little bit of an issue with it developed a bit of a wobble. Chemical Guys paid to have it shipped and sent a new one out to me. Their customer service made the whole process very easy on my part, brought it to FedEx, about a week later had the new polisher.

Polisher is great, but no parts/service support. No good to me if I can't repair. Go Flex or Rupes. Griots as well, but not sure on their support.
