CHENGDAO Wireless Controller for PS3, 2 Pack Game Controller, 6-Axis Motion Sensor

I loved the value of getting two new controllers to replace 1 of the "name brand " for about as much as I bought my last PS3 controller used. Had a bit of trouble at first getting it to work, but once I figured out how to sync they are great and look awesome.

I didn't realize how bad my old one had become until I got these.

They are nice controllers with one serious drawback that makes them not worth it even at this price point in my opinion. The analog sticks are practically useless. In games, the stick movement is extremely sensitive. Plugging the controller into a PC, it's easy to see why. The controller signals that I have moved the stick to 100% of its full range of motion after I've only moved it less than halfway there, maybe about 40%. That's an extremely narrow sensing range, so any little movement on the stick signals a large reaction from your character, vehicle etc. in-game. This can't be fully remedied simply by adjusting the sensitivity in-game, and some games don't have such a setting. Will be returning. If you never use the analog sticks, otherwise the controllers might be fine for you. They look nice and the buttons all work fine, though I can't say anything about their ruggedness, longevity or how well they hold a charge.
