I am very dissatisfied with the service related to my order. I purchased a case of product, consisting of 12 bottles more than three weeks ago. I received one delivery of a box with 6 bottles, and assumed the remainder of my order was on back order. After two weeks I used the Walmart website to write a letter of inquiry, asking when I could expect delivery of the second half of my order. I did not receive a response. 5 days later I wrote another letter, but no response. Two days afterward I wrote my third inquiry, but still have not received either the remainder of my order or a response to my three letters of inquiry. Today I received a message from Walmart asking me to write a letter reviewing their service. I usually do not write negative reviews, but the lack of service related to my order is inexcusable.

I had the same experience. Twice. I ordered a pack of 12 and received only 6. The second time this happened Walmart gave me a full refund. So the juice was essentially free. So kudos to Walmart. But I won't order this product again until they fix the description (you get 6) or they send you all 12.
