I will try a different brand next time
We got the 36 pack. The "green cutout cookies" were very good: soft/moist, & tasty/creamy frosting. However, the "red sprinkle cookies" & "white snowball cookies" were soft, but dry!! Unfortunate!

Some of the cookies were not so great
I received my 1st box of cheryl's cookies about 4-5 yrs ago. They were amazing and I've come back ever since. Unfortunately for the past 3 years I've received boxes with some amazing cookies and some dry stale cookies. For this item in particular, the green and red cutouts were super moist and delicious, but unfortunately the white ones were dry and not as soft. I'm disappointed.

Terrible quality
I have bought these cookies for years multiple times a year for my staff & children's teachers. Placed a very large order this time & every single cookie was hard and needs to be thrown away. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy again

Not much flavor
We get these at work for a thank you gift for the past few years. Tried them again this year and I am still disappointed by the flavor. The company can honestly just give us the money they use on the cookies.
