I am absolutely satisfied with the freezer. I have friends you purchased the same freezer. The price is great, the size is perfect and it keeps my frozen foods at the right temp always. VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. The small basket is so useful. The size is ideal for my husband and I. I'm saving money at the market. The delivery was a bit awkward because they delivered it to my neighbors front steps and blocked her from getting out of her Apt. I had to go get it myself. It was a little troublesome for me to carry it (push it) back to my Apt. The delivery instructions were very clear. I'm happy with the product.

I absolutely love my mini fridge. I put it on my back screened in porch to use for an ice cream bar and it started freezing immediately. All my guests live it so I have to keep ice cream in it all season because everyone love it.

I managed to wrangle the monster 40 lb box up a few stairs into my kitchen by myself which is a miracle, then I managed it to get it out of the box which was not an easy task and required that I did lay it over on its side which is strictly forbidden for a few minutes so I could cut the bottom of the box loose. Once I got it out of the box, I had to wrangle it out of the cardboard tray on the bottom it was sitting in. Then I discovered it wasn't level, so I had to adjust the feet on two corners by twisting them one way or the other. that done, I let it sit for 24 hours and then plugged it in and it appears to be working beautifully. it's very quiet except for a click when it comes on. There's a blue light in the bottom corner that comes on when I guess the compressor starts up. There were no dents or scratches. It was very well packed. the instruction manual print is so small I can't read it, so I looked up the owner's manual online by googling it. the freezer is very deep on one side about 27 or so inches and about half that on the right side where there's a shelf over the compressor. I am going to get some baskets or tote bags to organize and layer the things I'm going to keep in it.

It was just a lil smaller than I expected it just but I’m still satisfied with it

I received the freezer with a very deep dent in it . I reached out to them and asked for a replacement they offered partial refund or full replacement then they just gave me full refund instead all I wanted was a replacement

the freezer was damaged on my received it I tried to return it was told that the third party would not receive it back because it was opened. how are you supposed to know that it works if you don't open it it's crazy. tried to get my money back had to do a dispute with my credit card because they refuse to give me my money back wasn't happy with the whole transaction

My deep freezer came scraped and damaged

I received it on today, which was Sunday, the 17th. When I open up the box it had all leaking inside it on one side. I assumed that they laid it down on the library. Whenever came to me, it came that way.
