Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner, 10 oz

I use this regularly in my 2010 Nissan Frontier (175,000 miles), which are known to run rich as they age. This product keeps injectors clean. I wish I used it regularly from the very beginning. It actually removes the engine code for running rich in both banks (at least well enough to turn the light off), which is a great plus for performance..

The best cleaner ever. I put in at almost empty, added 10 gallons of gas. Drove in lower gears kept engine @ 3,000 RPMs for a 60 mile round trip. It cleared up codes. CLEANED CATALYTIC CONVERTERS.

I honestly didn't expect too much of a difference because I've been using other products to help improve my car, but I'm very impressed! My car was a bit sluggish to the point I was afraid to merge into traffic or anything like that but after that one tank of gas with the techron burned up my element has power again! It's surprisingly getting up and going like it did a long time ago. Also, it's no longer making any noise while idling. She's smooth! I'll definitely purchase again.

I've heard that Techron is an excellent fuel system cleaner. It appeared to notably improve my car's engine performance. I had been using cheaper gas and other cheaper cleaners and I believe that the Techron notably cleaned the fuel system and valves and improved my car's performance.

Contains PEA, one of the only effective fuel system chemical detergents. Remember "Complete Fuel System Cleaner" as many other fuel system treatments DON'T contain PEA, including some from Techron. PEA is the only effective chemical detergent that works and is the same detergent used in "Top Tier" Gasoline available from Shell, Arco, Costco, Mobil, etc. Look up top tier gasoline, many cars would benefit from this too and then use Techron 1 X or 2X a year or a few weeks before you change your oil.

This is the best stuff and only item that you should add to your fuel. It cleans out the fuel system very well. You still need to do other maintenance (such as cleaning the throttle body) to keep your car in tip top shape. There is a reason why mechanics recommend this product. I will put it in my fuel tank every 8000 miles or so even though the bottle says every 3000.

My mechanic suggested that I add Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner to every other tank full of gas. Chevron gas is too expensive for me to use regularly. I use Sam's Club gas and add Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner to every other tank full of gas as my mechanic suggested. That seems to be working very well for me and my car.

I use this as routine maintenance in my Mazda CX-5. You pour it into the tank before a fill-up and that's it. Techron is a well-known name in fuel system cleaners, and I like having an easy way to keep the fuel system clean between service visits. It does exactly what it says on the bottle. I'll keep buying it.

Not all gasoline additives are good. Some could actually do damage to your engine. I did a lot of research to be sure, Chevron Techron was highly recommended, and did not disappoint. I have never used a gas additive in my Toyota Sienna with 65K, and usually don't use a top tier gas. I got good, visible results with my gas mileage with the very first can. Must have had a lot of carbon buildup. It has PEA and that's a must. Buy!

I drive a 2003 Honda Element. For the last few weeks when I start the car it would occasionally "sputter" for a few seconds. The other thing I notice is when I would accelerate it would get sluggish. I used 1 bottle of Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner and through half a tank of gas those issues are gone. back to a smooth running car.
