It's the same product whether in the bag or cup, so the nutrition is the same. The real serving size is the cup, not a 1/2-cup as stated in the nutrition label. Once you open the cup, you'll finish it all off. They do show nutrition on the cup container. You pay 37% more for the convenience in portability with the cup container, or perhaps with portion control if dieting. With a bag, the portion is however many handfuls you grab out of the bag, and you'll definitely eat more out of the bag. My sister just pours out of a bag into snack-size storage bags which are much cheaper than the added cost of the cup container in this product, and she reuses the snack bag versus the one-time use of the cup container. Chex Mix has always been crunchy and tasty. It's hard not to overeat on this. I get done with one cup container, and then attack another. I normally buy the bag, but this is handy on road trips, especially since they fit in the cup holders in the car console.

This Has. a nice flavor and great for crunch! it taste like a Worcestershire and Teriyaki got together for a nice salty taste
