Anything with Clint Walker is highly watchable, so this DVD of the sixth season of "Cheyenne" will be enjoyed for a long time. In fact, my collection of all seven seasons is now complete. Having had some playback problems with the first couple of discs, I did research and discovered that I needed an all-region DVD player; the DVDs are now playing glitch-free. I'm a new fan of Clint Walker, having just discovered him in reruns of "Cheyenne". Because I don't want to admire a performer if that man or woman doesn't deserve admiration is his or her private life, I investigated and discovered that Clint Walker was by nature the very man he portrayed so well on screen. He wasn't really acting; he brought his own core values, style, and sensibilities to the part, and it always shone through even any gruff exterior that the character demanded (e.g., The Bounty Man). That he was impressive physically is obvious, but he was also basically kind, modest, gentle, capable, and honest ... all traits he brought to any part he played. Unlike most actors nowadays, he epitomized the upright, moral, decent human being that he actually was. In his prime he commanded the screen like no one else. Well into his eighties, he was an impressive man, with a resonant voice and humble manner that made you want to listen to what he had to say. We miss him, but his genuinely good guy legacy--very rare nowadays--lives on.

love the hour long length for better stories, by far the most under rated Western series

Clint Walker single-handedly started the big studio boom of T.V. westerns in the 50's. Yeah, there were others before him on T.V. oaters, but he was head and shoulders above the rest (no pun intended). Walker was big, tough, and charismatic. His giant frame and deep resonant voice portrayed a tougher and more menacing western hero. Even when the story lines aren't the best, Walker will make you look past the more formulaic episodes to his compelling portrayal of fiddle-footed hero Cheyenne Bodie. One of the best of the 50's westerns, because of Walker's presence. You are sure to like this fine T.V. western. Walker's easy-going moral hero is easy to watch and root for. Worth the price of admission.

good western from the old days with clint walker. not as many episodes as other seasons but cheaper.

HIGH QUALITY DVDs!! Also it's Clint Walker and I loved this gentleman as a kid growing up in the early 60's. My wife loves these shows as well.

ordered 6 videos came in with most if not all cases or internal parts broken. probably because of poor packaging or poor handling by carriers. [my oponion] walmart cust. service was great agreed to a return of all dvds. not sure how long they allow this if i keep ordering and the dvd cases keep coming in broken.
