sadly too big
wanted soft curls but this was too big and the curls just fell out, wishing I could get this in a smaller barrel size!

Box had been opened
BEWARE! I bought the curling iron from Walmart instead of Amazon, to avoid getting fake or damaged goods. I was very disappointed to discover the curling iron I received had clearly been opened and appears to have been a return. Will avoid buying online from Walmart in the future.

Danger of burns.
I took the curling iron out of the box, plugged it in and started my first curl. My thumb slid up the handle and right onto the heating barrel. There is no ridge, bump or divider between the handle and heat. My thumb has quite a bad burn. Very dangerous appliance.

Doesnt work at all
doesnt curl my hair. Itll give me like a slight wave and the second i move it or run m fingers through it my hairs straight. Im sus that this doesnt actually get to 410 degrees like it says.
