Chimazing!
Absolutely LOVE! It heats up in seconds. Also came with a mat to protect your surfaces and straightener. I can straighten my long thick coarse hair in 30 minutes whereas it took an hour with my other straightener and it wouldnt hold but for a few hours. I have always loved Chi just havent purchased one in a very long time. So glad I went with this one. The plates are a little larger so I can cover more of a section at a time and touch ups are a breeze. Buttons are hidden on the inside of the handle so that you dont change settings while using. Would definitely recommend! Also purchased biosilk with this order. It makes my hair feel and look so smooth and soft after straightening.

Love this iron!
I like this item because the irons glide smoothly and heats up high because of the temperature control. My hair is silky straight after using this iron.

Chi is for me
Had to replace my 14 year old Chi flat iron so when I saw this one offered at Sams Club I snapped it up. Love the instant heat and temperature gauge that adjusts the temp. Always buy Chi, you can't go wrong.

Great and Easy to use!
Easy to use,Il like it! It helps me flatten and straighten my hour for a few hours, I have curly hair,humidity affects it . But this works for a short period honestly! I t looks really good, for a good while.

Please DO NOT buy
This product failed in 6 months. I tried contacting the CHI (Farouk Systems) to return the unit. The entire return process was scary. They just want us to send the unit back WITHOUT any RMA number with $15 personal check. I never seen any company which will ask us send unit back without RMA number and on top send a $15-$20 personal check. Will definitely not buy CHI products anymore and will advise everyone to stay away.
