I LOVE this steamer, it's about the size of a hair curling iron and great for travel. If you're worried about wrinkled clothes while traveling, this is the best steamer to include in your luggage. It's great for home use as well, of course. Buy it, you won't regret it!

This a great travel steamer. Compact and gets the wrinkles out. If the bag that comes with item were heat resistant would make it a great product. When I'm finished packing and I'm not immediately store. Easy to forget that it's still cooling and not pack away for travel.

Honestly a great steamer!! Super long cord it stretched across a big bathroom to steam a dress in a pinch also the steam lasts for way longer than you'd expect for such a small - medium sized device! Size of a hair straighter, great for travel!

Perfect wait for Travel and does a great job steaming a blouse or an outfit quickly. Mine did start leaking after one year, but I liked it so much I bought a second one. But this time I added two years of insurance for five dollars.

Easy to use. Heard up fast. So portable and can use on flat surfaces without leaking. I love it! I only wish the mouth of the steamer was wider to provide broader coverage with each stroke.

This steamer is one of the best I've ever used. I love the compact design. The only thing I do not like is the water leaks out of the wand if you don't empty it before packing it up. Perfect for travel we use it to help. Keep dance costumes looking crisp before hitting the stage.

Spits water all over the clothing on a strange pattern. Had to rely on the hotel having a blow dryer to warm alk out the door without water spots all over it. Did great on the wrinkles in between the water spraying though

I like the compact size and travel bag—definitely convenient for packing. However, the steam power is underwhelming, especially coming from CHI. The water reservoir is tiny and needs constant refilling, and the steam output is inconsistent. It didn't work at all on my daughter's communion dress, especially the tulle skirt. It's okay for basic items like t-shirts or sundresses, but the biggest frustration is the cord placement—it's attached to the bottom, so you can't set the steamer down flat without it tipping or falling. Overall, not worth it for anything beyond light touch-ups. NOT FOR DELICATES!

The steamer was working okay but then after a couple of shirts, the whole steamer started to get too hot to even hold. I don't think it should get hot all the way to the handle.
