CHI Mini Clothing Iron, Steam Iron for Clothes with Titanium-Infused Ceramic Soleplate, Black

This mini iron is head and shoulders above my other one (Oliso). I bought this for scrap quilting. In comparison, this one is heavier (just right), solidly built, it has a much longer, comfortable, non-slip grip that stays cold to touch, such a long cord with a Velcro band to keep it in place, excellent steam, plus auto-off in 3 modes. It takes 100ml of water. An excellent iron that performs as promised. Note: I own the bigger Chi iron (retractable cord) too - this brand has truly nailed it especially for quilting.

I've been using this mini iron since December to sew and quilt. I bought it for aesthetics, but it's honestly been the best little iron! I love that the auto shut off is 30 minutes (others are only 7), because sometimes I go a bit without ironing. It will also beep if the iron is laying down for 30 second, which has saved me a couple of times. I liked the mini so much I got the full size, too!

I looked and looked for a small craft iron that has auto shut off and then I happened upon this. It is everything as described. I highly recommend it.

This little iron is perfect. It heats Super fast, and stays on for about 1 hour. I have a full size Chi iron, that I love, but it's too big to travel with. This one is perfect for travel, and is just as awesome as the bigger one I have. These irons are the best, hands down.

I needed a mini iron for sewing. I was considering a more expensive product but found the Chi. It was at a more affordable price point and had great reviews. Once I received it, I agree with the reviews—just the right size, ergonomic, heats up quickly and performs better than my fiull-sized iron and may end up using it to iron blouse sleeves and other hard to iron pieces.

Just what I needed. Gets plenty Hot and shut off works great.

This little iron works as my full size one does, also a chi. The steam works great. I use at my stitch group and at my sewing station! Love it!

The iron is heavy for its size and the handle is hard to grip. If you iron left handed , the cord (on the right side of the iron) gets in the way.

Opened the package today for a late Xmas present for my wife. Found that it was a display model not for sale…no electrical cord included. Not impressed! First time I've ordered online with Walmart. Absolutely lousy. Merry Christmas

The iron has a small lever designed to shut off the water for steam by sliding it left or right. However, even when the lever is set to the “off” position, the iron continues to drip water. This happens even when the iron is not in use, which causes water leakage and makes it difficult to use safely and effectively.
