Smooth
I've been using this for a few weeks now and I can't believe I didn't buy a a chi sooner. It works so much better than my other straighter and doesn't catch my hair.

Best of all the Chi's
The original Chi lasts longer than any of the newer ones by far. I have had mine for more than 4 years and it's still going strong....my daughters Chi Air only lasted a year and a half. So now I bought the original for my sister....best investment ever!!!

Love this flat
Love this flat iron - wore out my other one like this and got another a cheaper brand but didn't like as much as this one. Worth the money. Works fast and the on off button is inside where you don't accidentally turn off which is really nice. Works fast too!

Nice straightener but doesn't have heat settings
Nice straightener but doesn't have heat settings. I have very thick and corse hair so I need the max 450 degree to get a smooth look. It would probably do great for those with thin hair.
