A great Clothes Iron
I received this CHI Electronic Iron with Retractable Cord Model#13105 from the Walmart Spark Reviewer Program to try out and Review. This is the best Clothes Iron I have ever used! Its light weight but very well made. It is easy to reach the Steam and Spray buttons with your thumb. My clothes are now Ironed smooth and wrinkle free. The steam comes out evenly and lots of it. The Handle seems to be very comfortable to hold and apply pressure down. It just feels good in your hand. The retractable Cord works great. Just pull it out up to 8 feet and stays until you press the Retract button. I really like the retractable cord feature. Overall I say this Clothes Iron is fantastic and I recommend it to anyone that Irons their clothes to look nice. I really like this Clothes Iron. Thank you for reading this review.

I am very happy with this iron. It heats up quickly and it gets very hot! The steam setting works great. It's easy to operate. Automatic shut off is awesome. I definitely recommend this iron.

Steam Iron for even Steam Spray
Great product. I got little concerned on post usage care. I understand, the importance of keeping the steam holes clog free. The process provided is little too much for my spouse who uses the iron most. For future upgrade to the design, I have a suggestion to make steam holes clean. I am willing to share with product design manager on one-on-one basis.

CHI Iron is a Good Buy
On cotton setting it has lots of heat which is great. It also has a big water tank ie it can hold about 1 1/2 cups which is awesome. One downside is that the water leaks a bit around the handle.

NASTY COMPANY, DONT BUY ANYTHING!!!
If there was a zero-star option, that's what I would choose. I ordered a new iron with a retractable power cable, but instead, I received a used iron that someone wrapped in a plastic bag and stuffed in the box. It was obvious that it was used because the bottom looked burnt. This company shipped me a nasty, used item without even verifying its condition, meaning that whenever something is returned to them, they don't check its condition. They simply place it on the shelf and wait for the next customer to make an order. Could you not buy from them?
