I have never owned a steamer before, but I really like it. I think that it does a better job of getting the wrinkles out better than an iron and it's just easier to use overall. I like that it's pretty durable and it seems like it will be something that will last a while. It's not too noisy. I don't really mind that it obviously makes noise but that's gonna come with the item. It's also pretty easy to store so I love that.

This 3-in-1 SteamPress by CHI has become one of my favorite appliances! It's a steamer, dry press iron, and steam press iron all in one! It heats up in seconds! The sleek design allows you to steam and press on the go, without the need of an ironing board! The size is convenient considering you're getting 3 appliances in 1!

I used this unit for approximately 3 weeks. I was very impressed with the heavy duty size and weight. It's powerful heats fast and tackles collars and cuffs if you open it. It produces a lot of steam as it knocks wrinkles in a pass over. Instruction are easy but — no instructions really needed self explanatory controls. Only noise I heard was steam and that was a good sound.. maintenance was easy fill and dump out the water was a breeze. Use it let it cool sit it up.. it stands in its own until you need it. It wound make a good in the go unit.

I really like how easy it is to have three tools in one! I will say it's a little heavy to steam with and press the button but it works really well for ironing and for steaming. I was a little confused at first where the switch was pointing but once I got a hang of it I was able to steam my whole dress and iron the hem

I received this product free from Influenster and CHI in exchange for my honest review. I really love the concept of this product. Having a steamer in combination with iron saves space and offers multi functionality. The steamer gets pretty hot, and the water reservoir holds enough water for 1-2 articles of clothing. Steaming by itself did not release many of the wrinkles in my linen pants, but it worked well in combination with the iron press. The device itself is a little bulky, and the iron does not have heat settings. It's also not easy to press pant legs because you have to press both layers (front and back) at the same time. Overall I like the product because of its dual function, but it doesn't smooth out clothes as well as a traditional iron.

The size of this steamer is similar to my regular iron, but taller. I have small hands but it's very easy to hold. You can use it as a steamer or it opens up and presses the garment essentially like hair straightener. The picture I've attached shows a shirt I tried to steam. The right side is after about 5 minutes of steaming. This particular shirt is a little thicker material, so it's certainly not wrinkle free, but an improvement.

So I received mine damaged unfortunately and the part that was damaged was the most important the on and off switch. However my husband says he may be able to fix it. As far as the product it is very lightweight. Not heavy at all. Seems pretty simple to use. Just a switch that goes on and off. Haven't gotten to actually use it because the switch is broke but once it's fixed I will provide another review and feedback. It's long but not bulky and it stands up easily for storage. I am very happy to have it and I hope he can fix it!

I was very excited to use this steamer but it did not meet expectations. The design is very clunky to use. There is a toggle switch to use it as a steamer or press as well as a large button to activate the steam. It felt clumsy to open and close and then hold this giant button while trying to press a garment. I tried both functions on a linen pillowcase and the results were terrible. You're better off using a traditional iron or steamer. The design and functionality were a huge miss for me.

I purchased this CHI SteamPress 3-in-1 Handheld Garment Steamer on July 23, 2025, and by June 2026 it was already done. For a product that cost nearly $90, that's completely unacceptable. What makes this even more frustrating is that the problems started around the 6-month mark. The steam output gradually became weaker, performance became inconsistent, and it was obvious the unit was starting to fail. From there, it just continued going downhill until it eventually stopped working properly altogether. I take care of my appliances and expected much better from a brand like CHI. When you spend this kind of money on a garment steamer, you expect it to last for years, not months. Instead, I got a product that started showing signs of failure halfway through its first year and didn't even make it to its one-year anniversary. I feel like I paid for a premium brand name but didn't receive premium quality. There are cheaper steamers on the market that may actually last longer than this one. Very disappointed. I would not purchase this product again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, long-lasting garment steamer.

I ordered this product to be delivered on 6/4/25. I did not get it, but rather an email telling me that it was NOT actually going to be sent next day, but it would be delivered on 6/5/25. Late afternoon, I received a package was LADIES COTTON BRIEFS!!!
