Here's the thing I'm a 90's chic so I love chi! I purchased a tymo… don't waste your money on tymo!!!! Keep your chi or buy a new chi! Easy to use heat is excellent, I have thick corse hair.

I've always wanted a pair of Chi flat irons. I finally got ‘em. I like the style, color and especially how hot they get. I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase.

Love the color, it gets really hot if you need so i would advise to use a heating glove if you need the hottest seating!! overall it def does the job!!!

Chi is tried and true! My all time fave flat iron…I've tried various brands, even the ones my hair stylist has used at her salon, but nothing compares to the Chi in my experience 😅

I've always liked Chi straighteners. This one is low quality with only one temp. You get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get a better Chi straightener. There's nothing necessarily wrong with this one, it's just basic with lesser quality plates and only one temp.

It's a nice flatiron… although it only has one heat setting and that I do not like. I have used many types of flatirons over many years this one doesn't seem to get as hot as I would like and of course no way to adjust. Also I do not like the on and off switch it feels really cheap although it does cut itself off after use. I would say for thin or fine hair it does its job. I personally would not have purchased it had I seen it in person first. On the up side it looks very nice doesn't pull my hair , curls well and the price was very affordable for the Name Brand! I'd give it a 6 maybe even a 7 for what I need for MY HAIR And remember everyone is different 😉

Works really well. I don't like how you can change the temperature, it only has one setting. It gets pretty hot and my finger tips get a little burnt without even touching the plates. It's a 1 inch but the handles are kind of thick. I like do like the swivel cord.

Do not waste your time or money!! This is a shotty hair straightener! I thought because it was a Chi that it would work great on my hair. However it is bulky and just a big piece of plastic. I am returning this item ASAP!! I even tried to use it and it took forever and it only straightened my hair for like a hair and then it poofed back up!!! Ugh what a waste of time!!

When I finally received this hairstyle iron it did not work and wouldn't even turn on. Broken and no power!

Does not get hot. I bought one for about twenty dollars and it worked much better. The Chi doesn't have enough heat to straighten hair. Not worth the price. It was basically worthless now I am stuck with it.
