Ive had this couch for a year now, and it still looks as if i just purchased it. The seats are firm and it doesnt sit low. The fabric is beautiful and soft. I get so many compliments in this sofa. It actually looks so expensive, that when people come over my house they delay suttibg on it.

The velvet fabric is very soft. The metal legs are a true gold, not too orange or too yellow. It is comfortable enough to sit on for a movie, fits up to 3 people. Not for lounging or sleeping, but deep enough for 2 people to lay comfortably. Easy to lint roll cat hair off of. 4 starts because there are no holes on the bottom of the couch to screw the metal framing through. You will need a strong drill to drill your own holes to make sure the bottom is secured. The wood splits easily because of this.

This was the worst piece of furniture to assemble ever. This and the matching chairs. You almost have to reconstruct the word frame on the bottom. You might have power tools or Olympic upper body strength. you have to make holes for the screws and not all of the screws can be used due to other screws and staples being in the couch holding together other parts of it. Horrific experience. Walmart delivery was a nightmare. Other than that, it looks as pictured and looks high quality. The cushion will not last long and it's not reversible, so think of this lasting a year or two if you use it regularly. I contacted Chic Home and was told that the weight capacity is 300/330 lbs per seat and it seats 2 avg adults and possibly a small child.
