The couch is great! As pictured. Pretty easy to set up. I was able to set up by myself. Quick response from customer service -one of the 8 boxes was delayed. Color is beautiful, easy to clean. I love how it can be configured- considering purchasing the additional arms so I can have other options on the configuration. Good amount of storage in the ottomans.

It was super easy to assemble! It's soft but firm, and comfortable. I normally like having deeper cushions but this sectional is honestly perfect. I love how the ottoman has storage, I love throw blankets so having extra storage is a plus. The sectional is a little low but I have a one year old so it worked out well. The quality is ok, but remember you're not buying a sectional for 2k so for the price it's all worth it.

Easy to assemble, easy to buy 2 and make a gigantic sectional, which is what we did. 2 of them together made a 13x13 U shape sectional.

I got this after moving into a small apartment, and the color was perfect. It was easy to assemble, but I did have a little help from my wife. I think that it could be a little more sturdy because I feel that the way the two pieces attach to each other make the couch kind off wobble a little either to the front or back where you can tell its two different pieces attached rather than one entire piece, however I do recommend it because it's not that big of a deal for me and its exactly what I needed for the space I currently have. I have also wiped clean some areas with a damp towel, and it has cleaned nicely. I do recommend couch covers if you have kids like me. They came in separate boxes. One of the ottomans took way longer than the other boxes.

This terrific set came in 5 boxes at the same time, each box contained all pieces and easy to read instructions and went together flawlessly. Looks gorgeous and feels good!

Vey nice for small living room.

The only thing I'm disappointed in with this couch and love seat is it shows that you can make it into a sectional. But you can't. So if you are looking for a couch and love seat, this product is a good price for the quality.

0 out of 10 do not recommend. Don't do it. $999 for the 7 seater sectional (9 because of the 2 ottomans). This couch looks to be plush, lots of pillows, and a normal sized couch in the pictures. It's not by any means. This couch has paper thin pillows, the cushions are also extremely thin, I'm 5'11 and my knees were almost touching my chest. Even if I had left it sitting out for 72 hours like they recommended, the cushions would never have expanded anymore than what they were. The couch is held together very cheaply, but what else do you expect from a boxed couch? Take your money to an actual furniture store and spend the extra $300 to get an actual couch of this same size, but actually built to last with amazing comfort. This couch itself is only worth about that much. The only positive feedback I have to say about this experience is it's no longer in my house and FedEx had 0 issues taking it back to the seller. Chic House support tried to get me to keep it for half the price, because they knew this couch wasn't worth what I paid. They were as prompt as they could be and responded within 24 hours. Their support, after ensuring the ‘Free Return' that was advertised on this couch was abided by, assisted with getting me return labels after I provided them with picture proof the couch was packaged exactly the way they shipped it to me. They were also prompt at processing the refund of the couch. Lesson learned; never buy a couch unless you've seen it in person first.

Sofa hasn't been delivered. One box came with arms only. After delivery was supposed to be next day it reads delivered but it must be lost.
