I have used Chicago cutlery for over 50 years - I was a farm wife and we butchered our own beef, hogs, chickens and turkeys..........never had any problems with the knives..........
this knofe is super sharp and easy to use. makes cutting up and deboning chicken a breeze!
had one just like this for over 25 years. best knife ever.
Perfect size between pairing and butcher knives. Good quality, should last generations.
A great knife.
have been using Chicago Cutlery for years, love it
My go to knife, I have one that belonged to my Mom and Im so glad they still make this versatile knife. Be sure to dry the handle well or it get weird and splintery.
This was a replacement boning knife for a twenty year old Chicago Cutlery boning knife that I loved. This is not the same product it use to be. The blade is thicker and not nearly as sharp as the original knife that it was to replace. Still Priced at a quality level that is no longer present.
Yes it cld be better. We have original set from 40 years ago and wanted to replace a broken knife. The new one although sharpe is no comparison to the old product. Handle is very uncomfortable and bland is substantially less thick. This certainly won't last 40 years
I sharpened the knife after arrival and it doesn't seem to sharpen all that well. I have 2 older Chicago cutlery knives that are similar and sharpen quite nicely. I wonder if the quality of the blade is not as good. ??? It fits in my hand nicely-- no complaints there.
