These skates came right in time for Santa to drop them off at my house! They are simply beautiful! They are extremely comfortable, and durable! Met my expectations above and beyond!

This is a very nice material all around. I think it's a nice skate. I would tell others and recommend that they order them a pair.

Skates: Everything I Was Hoping For, Good Price

ReasonableWife March 9, 2011

I bought these skates because the ball bearings fell out of my other ones and it was cheaper to buy these new than to buy ball bearings or new wheels for my OLD skates. I ordered a size 7 and an 8, SITE TO STORE. I wear size 8, but based on reviews, thought they might be too big. I ended up returning the 7 and KEEPING MY SIZE 8. (The 7 felt like it was rubbing on the top of my foot.) They are a little roomy, but I doubled my socks to skate the 1st time and they felt very comfortable. I thought the wheels might be too tight, so I brought along the skate key they include. I didn't bother loosening the wheels. They were just fine for speed and control. I even entered the adult "race" my first time out. I came in 4th to inline skaters, but I was happy enough! The WHEEL COLOR VARIES. The one I kept has BRIGHT PINK wheels. The size 7 wheels were a DULLER PINK, like they were faded in the sun. THEY WERE EVERYTHING I HOPED FOR, for a reasonable price. I love skating with my kids and RENTAL SKATES FEEL HORRIBLE. Love My Skates

skategirl20 May 17, 2010

Well i have been dying to get some skates in hope for exercise purposes and i came across these and decided to buy them since they were really cheap. After reading the reviews i did become skeptical to buy them. But i did anyway. I took the advice from the reviews and brought the skates a size smaller than my shoe size which is an 8, so i ordered 7. I do wish that i had ordered my regular size bcuz they are snug. i want to be able to wear big socks and i cannot. ORDER UR REGULAR SIZE! Otherwise the skates are great. i wear them outside and they are wonderful. Even my mother got in on the action.! PRICELESS.! & now she's ordering some. BTW turning 21 soon...& i love my skates.! I plan to skate around campus fall semester. catch me if u can!

50's car hop awesomeness

acorn11 October 30, 2008

I bought these skates for my Halloween costume, and because I've always wanted a pair of roller skates with pink wheels. The skates arrived ahead of schedule and were great. I wore them almost all day around the office with no problems. I did read the reviews online before buying them and was a little hesitant to buy a size smaller (like all the reviews suggested to do.) After I received the skates I was relieved that I listened to the reviews and bought a 6 instead of my regular size 7. They fit perfect.

great price compared to other sites & stores

Kay772 February 10, 2014

In my opinion, These are made well, not poor quality like some have said. The wheels are the exact color shown in the picture. They are smooth but need adjusted with included wrench. The boot is not heavy at all, it is just like the ones from when I was a kid. For me, I wear a 7 women's and I ordered a 7 and they fit perfect, not too tight not too loose. With any skates, even for beginners, these wheels are standard so you can always upgrade to better wheels for a better smoother ride but these work fine. The laces in my opinion should have been hot pink. They work outdoor or indoor, but obviously you will feel bumps due to the way these are made, unless you are on a smooth paved road. That is with any skates. Hope this was helpful, not everyone agrees and that is the beauty of being individual.

I haven't been skating since the 80's and I needed a new pair of skates. I didn't want to spend the high price from the rink before knowing if I would actually use the skates regularly. These skates were perfect for getting back into roller skating. Once I get the more expensive skates that I am used to I will keep these skates for outdoor skating. I did replace the wheels and the bearings because I am used to a certain kind of wheel and bearing. I would recommend these skates to anyone just getting back into skating or just beginning!

Hapagirl561 October 22, 2013

As most of the other reviews said, they do run big. I'm a 6.5, maybe a 7 in closed toe shoes. I had them shipped to the store and tried them on unlaced and without socks. They didn't seem too bad. But when I got them home and laced them up, they definitely felt looser than in store (and I had socks on this time). I'm sure because having them laced, kept my heel back. The only reason I ordered a 7 was because they sold out of the 6 right before I ordered online. I was hoping maybe EVERYONE was over exaggerating about the sizing. Yeah, not so much. Their sz 7 is also labeled a 38 on the box. Which I've always thought to be more like a 7.5 in US sizes. Still a good product though! Perfect for my costume. I'll just put on another pair of socks!

I purchased these skates for myself. I am 53 years old and had not skated in over 20 years. These skates are exactly like the one's I use to skate with. I am very happy with them and I would buy them again.
