Chicago Metallic Professional 24-cup Non-Stick Mini-Muffin Pan

Without a doubt, this is the pan of your dreams. I use the Mini Muffin Pan for crustless mini quiches. I don't let them cool. They practically jump out of the pan and on to the cooling racks. Then for clean-up, I simply use the "soap wand" with the green "scrubbie" on it and it practically washes itself clean - even the small drips of egg from filling the cups, come right off. I was gifted this item for an honest review. This pan is definitely a must have. I use it for mini cupcakes as well as peanut butter cookies with a reeses inside. Also good for making mini egg cups. The non stick lives up to it's name so the delicious creations don't get sloppy.

This is a great easy to use and clean muffin pan. I love the ability to make bite size muffins and desserts for get togethers. I was gifted this item to write an honest review. Chicago Metallic produces such fine bake ware. The quality of their items is so obvious when you pick up a baking sheet or muffin pan. This 24-Cup Non-Stick Mini-Muffin pan is no exception. I first used this to bake brownies - the perfect bite-size serving. Brownies are famous for getting stuck to pans but not with this pan - they came out easily and clean up was a snap. I find that the pan bakes everything evenly - distributes the heat well - even with my old oven. My next batter was for blueberry muffins and, besides being too cute mini-muffins, they baked beautifully and again, came out of the pan easily. I highly recommend this mini-muffin pan.
