Chicago Metallic Professional Roast Broil with Rack

Nice pan. Easy to clean. I love the little handles that stick up on the sides to make removing the rack easy. It is a good size as well. Really pleased with this product.

I like Chicago metal products. Very sturdy and long lasting. The pan is deep and when broiling a steak the grease splashes stay in the pan and the steak is on the rack. Very good product and I have tried many! Reasonable price. Pan has many uses! I will purchase again.

The rack is perfect for keeping meats out of the fat. It is non stick and fits in the sink for easy cleaning (unlike my last one).

A well built piece. Didn't budge or warp despite usage in high heat. I use it for my foccacia in 450 convection oven weekly

I would give this 5 stars if the rack was a little snugger in the pan. I slides around a little more than I would have thought.

I ordered this bc i wanted to use it specifically to make chicken wings in it and my old broiler pan finally died. I was able to fit 4lbs of wings and the handles are sturdy, and so is the rack which is nice. I was not a fan of how quickly the pan started to become difficult to clean, everything sticks to it but* it still works nicely if lined w parchment paper!
