This rolling pin is perfect for all different kinds of dough. I follow a keto diet and have found this rolling pin works so well with my cheese and almond flour dough. The weight of the pin is perfect to get the dough to a very thin consistency which is ideal for helping crisp it up. I have found that hand washing is best for the roller but that is typically the case for all wooden kitchen products. I would definitely recommend this pin. I would recommend washing it in warm soapy water and drying it immediately since it is wood. I would highly recommend this rolling pin to my family and friends!
