Go Plantains!
Perfect for dipping. i like a change-up for snacking, and these strips are just right. Dip them in garlic hummus or spinach dip and YUM! They don't break when dipping and have a great crunch.

Good but too expensive for what it is
Good plantain taste that is not too salty. But the price is high enough that i find myself making it myself instead of buying it when I have parties

An OK Substitute for Homemade Ones
I ordered these Chifles Plantain Chips not long after having homemade fried plantain chips made by Latin American friends, so I knew they would not match up perfectly. However, these are ok. I would buy them again but probably not for a while. My biggest issue is that the salt is not evenly distributed. There is enough salt, but some chips seem to have it and others do not.
