Chike Nutrition Meal Replacement - Available in 4 Flavors!

I love all of the Chike flavors. The flavors are delicious! I ordered the chocolate tub to have at home. I bought sample packs in September and took them on a cruise with me. When I would get an iced coffee at the coffee shop I would have them add the packet when blending. That is how I got my protein.

This is my go -to, meal replacement, all in one. I had convinced myself that I would not like it, I am very picky about protein shakes and have only used one brand for the longest time but because I really like the protein coffee I decided to give it a try. Boy was I wrong, I mix it with almond milk and it's delicious, I love that it has all the added vitamins and minerals and that it truly replaces a meal when I'm in a rush and don't have time to properly prepare a healthy meal. It keeps me on track.

If you are looking for a delicious meal replacement, look no further. I was certain it was going to be good because Chike has some great stuff. I happen to be a strawberry lover and this is really good! If you are a strawberry lover like me, try it. You won't be disappointed!!

I love the Chike protein coffees so I decided to give the Meal Replacement Shakes a try!! WOW!!! Sooooo glad I did!! The strawberry and chocolate are delicious!!! So creamy and smooth and flavorful! I like to liquid fast at least one day a week and this is the way to go!!! I get all my nutrients and protein, feel full and satisfied all while I feel I'm "cheating"...its like drinking a milkshake!!!! If you intermittent fast this is the way to go!!!!!! Keeps me slim and energized and healthy!!!

I've now gotten all three flavors of the meal replacement powders. They're replacing Carnation Breakfast Essentials in my son's smoothies -- more protein and we both love the taste! The Chike coffee mixes are my first love, but these are also great for when I'm running errands or eating on the go. The strawberry in particular tastes like ice cream. :-)

I am a coffee drinker! and this is a great 2nd cup of ice coffee as I drive to work. I make it with FairLife protein milk (instead of water) and the last few ounces of coffee in my pot, shake and add ice. Soooooo Good and the little extra splash of coffee cut the sweetness for me, but my son skips the coffee and said it was perfect.

The only thing that put me off slightly is how the color was Pepto bismol pink. Otherwise it was so delicious, and not chalky at all. It was almost like it had malt powder in it. It mixed with water really well, and quickly, and also was very good blended with a banana.

The texture of this is great, especially since you add to water. The taste has a little hint of that “protein powder” flavor but not too bad. I got the strawberry flavor and it's pretty dang good. I'm not sure if it's an ingredient issue but I have notice my stomach seems a little upset after drinking a shake. Not bad enough to make me stop drinking them, just something I've noticed.

I am not a huge fan of vanilla, but wanted something besides strawberries and cream and chocolate was sold out. It's good truly if you like vanilla I think you'd love this. It's just not my fave. Hopefully chocolate will get back in stock and I can have that as a change from the strawberries and cream.. I love it but to have every single day… Not so much. Hopefully you guys come up with more meal replacement shake flavors. Coffee would be terrific as would a chocolate mint. Again, it's a good fight.

I'm not real sure how I feel about this meal replacement. I love strawberry flavor and this tastes good but it also tastes heavy and thick. It does help keep me fuller longer. I'm still trying it. I do have to water it down more than what is recommended in the directions because of how sweet it tastes but also how thick it tastes. Maybe I'll try it in milk.
