Children's TOMS Seasonal Classic Alpargata

I discovered that a kids' size 4.5 is the same as a women's size 6.5 so I purchased these as an adult. They actually fit me much more comfortably than women's Toms because they're a little wider. I love the koalas and have gotten lots of compliments on how cute they are! I will definitely be buying more from the kids' section soon!

Shoes were supposed to be here Tuesday for a formal event. Paid extra to insure date. Unfortunately didn't arrive until Friday. So didn't get to use for the reason I bought them. Then I find out can't return because they were on sale. Bummer. Not sure I will be purchasing shoes on website again.

I own a size 3 in your boots. I usually wear a size 3. I ordered a 3. They were way too large. I went to a store to try a size 2 (in another color/same style) they were too small. I ordered a 2.5 they were too big. More than a 1/2 size too big. It seems like you have inconsistent sizing. Cute shoes though. I ordered an 8 for my sister in another style and they fit perfectly and she loved hers.

I think these shoes are absolutely adorable (per the purchase); however we have not been able to wear them. I ordered a size up to grow into, my daughter is now in the size—a 4 which length-wise is true to size. HOWEVER, they are SO WIDE. I know every baby is built different, but I would say we have 1 inch of extra width so they don't stay on and would be a tripping hazard if they did. I'm pretty bummed about the purchase, I wish the description mentioned the width and that there were a narrow/regular width option available.

the design itself is beyond cute! the colors the idea but the sizing is not true. I ordered 6 and 6.5 to keep the best fit but neither fit! my foot wouldn't go in. the space for the feet to go/be in is so narrow. I have other toms and have never had this issue. I was so bummed I had to return both.

We have 3 grandbabies around 1 1/2 years old. I bought several Toms shoes because they looked so cute. The problem is they don't fit on the babies chubby feet. They appear to be made for babies with skinny feet. Can't return because they were on sale. 😩

Adorable. I wear an 8.5, but ordered a 9.5 since they looked tights. That was an understatement. Should have ordered a 10.5. Insane. I ordered 2 pairs for a wedding, expedited shipping, had to return both pairs and had to find a new outfit last minute. FAIL.

So I measured my kids foot to make sure I got the correct size with the size chart. The shoes come in and they're so small—not snug, legitimately small—we can't even get them on her feet! And of course we can't send them back because they were on sale. Considering how quickly kids grow and how shaky the sizing chart apparently is, exchanges should be allowed for kid sizes.

My 1 yo daughter and I recently flew somewhere on vacation. She is so mobile I thought she should have her feet covered for the germy airport. Her feet measure 4.7" so I ordered the toddler size 6 because the Tom's size chart says it's 5.1". (Leaving a little room to grow). The shoes are WAY too big and unwearable.

For the first time ever, a pair of Toms did not fit at all. They run very, very small. I normally wear W8.5 or Y6 and they fit like a glove. These pair was so small, I couldn't even fit my foot inside. It was extremely hard to put on and once on, it was beyond tight on top, toe area and heel. Very disappointing. I'm sending them back.
