This chair was ordered for my niece Zaiyah. My niece her mom was murdered at a stop sign on her way to work 2 days before she turned 25. I am apart of the Village that will continue to pray uplift her and try to give her the most normal life possible. My family is still grieving but bing strong for Zaiyah.

I bought this rocking chair for my grand-daughter's first birthday. Once the order was placed, it was shipped the next day. I was not able to see the chair in person as she lives out of state, but was sent several pictures and was assured by my family that she loves rocking in it.

Purchased 2 for my twin granddaughters They are really cute but was disappointed that the names were on the back of the chair and not the front as displayed in the picture. Really takes away from the overall product look. Not sure if this was a mistake when the names were applied but haven't seen any other complaints of this in other reviews I checked 5 stars by mistake. Should be 4

The rocking chair is adorable and the printing of the name is done very well, but the overall construction of the chair is poor. There are rough spots and where the screws are the wood splinters. The back of the chair is rough, needs to be sanded and a finishing coat put on it.

You sent the first one with the wrong personalization. When I asked you to replace it you said to send the old one back first. It was a gift for our great granddaughters first birthday and I didn't expect the exchange would arrive in time. We decided that it would be best to pay for another one and return the wrong one for a refund. When the new one arrived, one day before her party I immediately opened it and checked the personalization only to find that although the spelling was correct, the color was now wrong. We ordered it with pink letters and this one came through in red. Disappointed !

The chair is poor quality. The wood edges are uneven and some were sharp. Paint was uneven and in didn't cover the wood. The main part in the chair had a hair line crack. This chair was for my granddaughter's 1st birthday! I had it shipped to their home in Ga; put it together and had all these issues list above.<br />Told my daughter I'd have to replace it with a better quality chair.
