Chilly Pad

Took this chilly pad to Moab to keep me cool in the dry heat. It worked perfectly. When the towel started to dry out, I doused it with a little water and it charged back up. My granddaughter tried it and said it was too cold! I will order this again.

In the summer where I live it gets over 110 degrees! I don't leave home without one around my neck. I have a little dog at home and when I ask him if he would like his "chilly towel" he goes nuts. So I spread his towel out for him to lay on and he loves it!

Simply wet this rubbery towel and it will absorb most of the water without dripping, then shake it to allow the surrounding air to activate the towel's cooling effect. The coldness of the towel lasts for a long time and it useful an for emergency where you need to cool down immediately.

I got this for my husband, and also one for his brother. They both spend a lot of time in the yard during the summer, mowing, doing yard work, washing their cars, and cooking on the grill, and this amazing item is a MUST! In fact, anything you do outside in the hot weather can be made more pleasant just by running the Chilly Pad under water, wringing it out, and putting it around your neck. Such a simple concept, that makes such a BIG difference in how you feel. The temperature you are feeling at the time it is applied will almost instantly be reduced by 10 degrees! It remains cool for such a long time, and if it starts to warm up, you just turn it over and the cool is back. It is made of a soft material, and is very light-weight. I have to admit I was skeptical at first... I bought this for my son who plays football and it really does work. We wet it and it keeps his neck cool in between plays. If it starts to warm, just re-wet it and presto, cool again. We loved it so much I bought another one just because!

These cooling towels are awesome to help cool you down when outside in the heat. I've purchased several over the past years for myself as well as others. Highly recommended.

This item was perfect for our sons playing football in the hott Florida sun! It kept them cool and not overheated and didn't add much extra weight or layers under their uniforms!

I bought this for a trip to Disney World where it was hot and humid. This worked great! Kept you cool but wasn't soaking wet enough that it got your clothes wet. Neon color was a little bright but it worked out to be able to locate the friends in my group easily.

I like the towel but after one summer use of it, there is a penny size area where the material came off. Not sure how? Maybe when freezing against the other towel? Either way thought it wouldn't be that delicate for the price and paying for the name.

It's a really weird texture, and I don't like at all. It's basically wet PVA foam when you want to use it.
