Awesome product easy to use
I like this product and used it to seal weathered concrete on top of a chimney. I was concerned about it being runny and making a mess but it is just the right consistency to brush on . I used tape around flues and about 2 inches down from the crown and made a nice straight line. With what's left i want to do the tops of a couple light posts to seal them.

Chimney RX Brushable Crown Repair
This is a preliminary review. It has not yet been tested meaning rain or hit with a hose. The product applied exactly as expected. It is definitely thick! I threw the brush away afterwards. I followed the instructions and the coating is even and it also tightly seals all the surfaces it touches. Of course you need to work it in, then smooth it out. It leaves what I'll describe as a rubberized texture on the chimney crown. My initial impression is this is a solid product.

Great product. Works as it should.
Used this to fill in small cracks and one very large crack in the cement crowns of my two chimneys. Worked as advertised. Filled in all cracks and sealed edges of chimney crown. For wider cracks, I'd recommend using a trowel or putty knife, then a brush for the second coat.
