I love this tea. It's very beneficial. I drink once a day warm, plain for cleansing and a detox of the body. speeds up youre metabolism. helps promote a healthy gut. I maintain my weight by drinking one cup daily in the morning before work . highly recommend

really good , really work u will lost your weight but it will make u go to bathroom but about my body is different after 5 day my body get normal , that my suggestion buy and drink believe me don't regret

It's a great product and it will help you lose the weight but warning once the tea gets into your system it'll make you go to the bathroom all the time.

Lose fat
With diet and exercise, and this tea I lost 50 pounds in 3 months, tea twice a day, 4 medium meals a day 45 minutes of bike riding 5 times a week, preferably in the AM, with 3 days of some kind of weight lift / yoga regiment, miracles happen when you make them happen.
