These plates are always heavy duty. No flipping. Large package so I don't have to purchase as often and Sams price is very reasonable
I've been using these for years, and they remain to be the best quality paper plate on the market. Great for use in the home when, like me, you're too lazy to want to do dishes every day!
Strong paper plates Large enough for a nice size plate of food.
Sturdy but if you have any liquid in the food, it soaks through.
Compared to other brand at the same price and size they just don't hold up as well. These get soft and need two hand to hold them. They also leak through making them a one and done plate.
These plates are just like I remember using as a kid. Same classic look, feel, and leaking through that I remember. Everything from corn to hot dogs that has juice will soak right through. Using 2 plates at once slows it down, but don't rest your plate on your jeans or the arm rest of the sofa. My wife's classic strawberry cream cheese filled jello went through the plate in record time. They are fairly strong, but that just holds the juices longer.
The quality of this product has drastically changed. I have purchased them for several years and they always held up to supporting a full plate of food, the last 2 bundles that I purchased had very weak bottoms and liquid leaked through from the food such as beans or cooked vegetables.
I bought these for a dinner party. The plates can not handle any type of wet food. We ended up using our china instead. These plates are subpar. Not the quality expected with the brand chinet.
Too expensive for what you get!! All foods leak through these plates… And they're expensive CHINET DINNER PLATES!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$!!! There has to be something better out there… SERIOUSLY!!!
My husband bought these plates for a gathering we had, we served lasagna, salad & garlic toast... the plates got wet & were not sturdy. I returned them. Not good at all for food that has any type of liquid.
