It's so soft. I was worried i wouldn't be able to handle having something inbetween my toes, but it fits perfectly and feels so good. I have a Taylor's bunion and it was instant relief putting this on. I wear an 11 in womens shoes, I got the medium ones. I will definitely buy more as needed in the future.

I decided to buy these because I had some problems with my foot; my high arches leaned my foot sideways, putting pressure on the side of my foot against the side of my shoe. I was developing a Tailor's bunion, and it was very difficult to wear shoes all day at work. when it became unbearable, that is when I purchased these. they go over your fourth toe to help connect over your 5th toe, and they go down the side of your foot. At first I was skeptical, but then I saw a real difference. The pads are made of a very soft and cushiony material, and I did not feel any pain wearing them, although it did take a period of adjustment to get used to the toe separator cushion. My foot now had a cushion the help protect it from being rubbed raw against the side of my shoe, something that I had an issue with even though I wore socks. By having my fifth toe pushed outward it made the bump not rub against the shoe, thus I am experiencing no pain! I am so thankful I purchased these because they have completely solved my problem! The only downside is that they easily attract a lot of dirt and lint, but they are very easy to hand wash. I highly recommend them for anyone who is developing a Tailor's bunion on the outside of their foot.

Very comfortable to wear. Directions suggested just wearing a few hours a day to get used to it, but I wore it all day from the first and it felt great all day.

Although this is NOT A CURE, this did help with my husband's foot pain on the very first day! His pain has been improving more and more as he has been using it.

I had some trouble with it slipping off and had to use a bandage to hold it in place. It does not solve my problem where my little toe goes under the toe next to it even with the spacer in place between the toes. The spacer wanted to go under the toe as well. I wear it, but it does not give me the relief I'd hoped for. I'll keep looking.

It is a bit challenging to get on, but what a relief it gives the foot. I have pain all the way up to my ankle and when I wear this for at least two days when I am walking, there is a definite difference in pain reduction. I'm really happy I found this!

The corrector pads are made of some type of silicone material and are very squishy and take some effort to put on, but they are very comfortable. I am glad the package comes with two correctors, since I have tailors bunions on both feet. I found that the shims they come with were not needed in my case, but they may be useful if more correction is needed. If you wear them while bare footed, they tend to want to slip off at times, especially if your feet sweat. They probably work best while wearing shoes with socks, which I haven't done a lot of yet. I would guess that the more you wear them, the greater the correction you will get. They seem to clean up easily with soap and water if you are concerned with pitention odors.
