Happy with this purchase! Searched high and low for a recliner that wasn't made for the big/tall. I am 5'3" and my feet are flat on the floor when I sit in this. It arrived earlier than expected, was easy to assemble although it is heavy, the leather is good quality, so far everything works well and it is comfortable. I removed a star because the motor makes a whining noise when operating the reclining mechanism, but it's not loud. The headrest operates without any noise. The charging port is convenient and works well.

I preferred a lighter, more reddish color, but had to select brown as the closest available. The assembly was as per instructions but the cover flap on the back does not attach, the velcro is not lined up properly. Even if it was the outer 1-1/2 inches on each side would not have any velcro to attach to so the corners curl out some. The comfort is good except when the footrest is not fully closed or fully extended. In between these positions I find it annoying and uncomfortable. I also wish it came with cup holders or at least a side pocket.
