This chair is amazing. I absolutely love it! It's so comfortable. Whenever I have friends over, they never want to get out of it. Only con was assembly. The pieces did not fit together very well. For awhile I worried the manufacturing was faulty. After enough pushing and pulling on the parts, it did eventually come together. Still totally worth it though. After assembly, I've had no trouble. The comfort of this chair made all the stress of assembly melt away.

This product comes in 2 separate boxes. The 2 boxes arrived over a week apart. I rec'd Box 2 first, which contains the bases for the recliner and ottoman. When I rec'd Box 1 (body of recliner, ottoman and assembly hardware), there was no assembly hardware and there was a scratch on the veneer of the ottoman. I contacted customer service and asked that they send the hardware and a solution for the scratched ottoman. Their solution was to send me an entire replacement for Box 1. That was ‘above and beyond' and much appreciated. Problem is, now I have an entirely usable recliner body and ottoman cushion from the original shipment, and it seems terribly wasteful to just dump them. I contacted the company again, explained the situation and asked if I could purchase another set of bases separately. I was told that they do not sell them separately. There has to be an extra ‘Box 2' somewhere in the warehouse, because they sent me an extra ‘Box 1' by itself. I'm happy with what I have, and they did address my minor issue. I guess I'll just go to a metal fabricator to closely match the bases.
