I was looking for days to find a great mattress topper for my pull out couch that seemed beyond saving. Luckily I found this topper, it is thick and supportive enough to relieve the hardness of my couch but also plush enough to provide plenty of comfort. The cooling aspect is surprisingly effective. 100% would recommend, it is worth the price and then some. Much better than I had anticipated!
Firm-very comfortable on top of my Beauty Rest pillow top after a back injury. I can no longer sleep on a pillow top mattress after a back injury so this was a great option for my Beautyrest until I'm ready to buy a new mattress.

It does add a little extra to a mattress and sleeping on it isn't terrible. BUT there are two major flaws. One is it isn't cool at all. In fact it holds heat and made me sweat. The second is it has grippy stuff on the bottom to keep it from sliding, but the top is so slick your sheet will slide off the mattress if you try sitting on the edge of the bed. If those aren't issues for you it does a decent job.
I bought 2 of them. One for my day and her husband and one for me. We both tore it off our bed before the night was over because it's way too soft and very uncomfortable!! Doesn't stay cool at all although it does feel cool to the touch initially. My cat really liked it though lol
