I really like this bench. It is sturdier than I thought it would be. I had no trouble assembling it. My only complaint would be that the screw heads show on the sides. I bought some plastic screw caps at Home Depot to cover the screws and it looks much better.

This item is one of the worst pieces of furniture I have ever bought from Walmart. I have put together many type of furniture like this including a kitchen cabinet recently that was much more difficult than this, I have always been satisfied with the product. The finished product was unstable from the moment of construction and the under sized hardware and cheap wood grade leaves me to believe its better off being a child's only piece. The instructions leave out the wholes not used in that step making it difficult to understand the panel you are working on. After wasting 2 hours putting it together I am going to return this junk I was charged $110 before tax on.
