the product is great. pharmapaks; not so much. Too bad, they have been fine on other products. Walmart was great to deal with on it. Hopefully it will get straightened out soon. Really is a great product. Only recommending for the product.

like others have said - advertised as 3 pack...but actually only 1 bottle. Walmart usually pretty good about making things right...this time they have contacted vendor to contact me via email. product works fine but 3 stars for walmart/Pharmapacks.

As said by others you only get ONE bottle. Please change your advertising on this if you ever want a better rating. Other than that disappointment, it's a great product and I believe at a good price.

The product is not as advertised. According to the website this is a 3 pack. I received only 1. I was able to get a refund. The agent that helped me said the product was labeled as a 3 pack by mistake and the website would be corrected. Almost a month later, it's still listed as a 3 pack. Hopefully others will check the comments before they order.

The product is right on, however purchased as a three pack, only received one. I purchased this awhile back and the same thing happened, only one came. I thought it was a mistake on Pharmapack, but the same thing happened. What do I have to do to get this straight??

They don't send you the 3 pack. They only send you one bottle and this company Pharmapacks no longer answers their phone. They will only respond by email, and they don't answer that either. 9.00 for one bottle is ridiculous!

If I could I'd rate this ZERO STARS; Horrible! Cherry flavored is wonderful relief; this menthol is terrible tasting. Fantastic numbing, but it made me nauseous and the retching hurt more than the sore throat. :(

This is not a 3pack as the offer and picture shows,. Walmart did give me my money pack. Will not order if this vendor has more things for sale on Walmart.com

I says pack of 3 so I ordered due to bad allergies and got only 1 so I called and agent said he sent email to them to send me the other 2 bottles so far nothing

I bought a pack of three chloraseptic sprays and I only received one. When I called Walmart customer service, each time I was told a different story - one time, the agent told me my the other two bottles would be delivered (which they never were) - the other time the agent told me that they’ve launched a complaint with the third party. This is a very tiring process altogethe, they’re fooling ppl into buying a pack of three and only sending one and then the refund takes forever because it’s not Walmart directly. In short Walmart should not have such third party sellers who do fulfil their commitment and in fact only cause a headache !
