I make my homemade yogurt in my Hot Pot and one 5.3 oz cup is all I use as “my active cultures” to get a whole Hot Pot of yogurt to put in jars and refrigerate. Great to put different toppings on when eating or just plain or in cooking. I even make mine with non-fat milk and it works like a charm. Their other yogurts are awesome to just eat too but I like to make my own.
My Chinese pug needs nonfat/lowfat Greek yogurt as part of her diet to assist with gut health. I decided to try this as an alternative to sour cream and it is delicious! The flavor is bold and rich without being too over the top. This is my go to yogurt now and I LOVE IT!
I love to buy this tiny yogurt to be the starter for my homemade Greek yogurt. I love the cultures in this brand. I use a quarter cup of yogurt per gallon of milk, and this is perfect. I love being able to use a high quality yogurt at my yogurt starter, and that they sell it in this size. Perfect for yogurt making.
I mix this with really small cucumber pieces, lemon juice, garlic, and a little salt.
I buy several variations of this yogurt. This one is great, especially of dieting. I'm not a huge fan of the plane, but it's great for adding in fruit or granola.
Good yogurt and I like it. It comes in a single serve. Single person using it on baked potatoes and salads. Cannot eat 32 ounces of yogurt before it gets runny. Yuk
I feed this to my dog, who thinks it is ice cream. I am sensitive to dairy so I don't really know about the taste, but my dog loves it! It is very good for her digestion.
I use these small containers to colture my whole milk when I make homemade yogurt. I just leave it in a warm cooler for 12 hours and the yogurt comes out thick and creamy. My only complaint is that the container was mostly whey so I barely had enough to make a batch of yogurt.
Very glad to have finally found a PLAIN (WHOLE MILK?) yogurt in a small cup size (~4 oz). I'm in a nursing facility and this allows my tech to only make 1 trip to the patient snacks fridge to retrieve thiis item for me. The quantity is also a small but satisfactory amount for me to totally consume w/out being tempted to overeat out of the larger ( tho' usually more economical) container. It tastes a bit more like sour cream than another (less expensive) brand I sometimes buy with a cream cheesier taste, but I will still purchase it and recommend it to any other PLAIN yogurt lovers who might consult me!
I'd like to see a higher protein, plain Greek yogurt but this is great for what it is and I'll buy it again. I've taken to getting the plain and adding my own flavors (except for coffee flavored). My favorite addition is my honey.
